OUR HISTORY IN ITALY

Gloriæ Dei Cantores has performed in numerous venues across Italy over the past three decades. Highlights of their Italian tours include opening the 900th anniversary celebration of the Basilica of San Marco in Venice, concerts for the Italian Bishops’ Conference in Florence, a concert at the Abbey of San Miniato al Monte in Florence celebrating 1000 years (1018-2018), and Solemn Ecumenical Vespers in the San Giovanni Baptistry in Florence. In addition to performances in many major cities, Gloriæ Dei Cantores has been the feature concert in a series of International Symposiums held in Florence, Barga, Siena, and Pisa in collaboration with the Mount Tabor Centre for Art & Spirituality.

”Gloriæ Dei Cantores sang this evening in such a way that from beginning to end it has been a time of prayer.”
His Eminence, Carlo-Maria Carinal Martini, Archbishop of Milan

”I have never heard a choir of 44 voices so expert from the vocal point of view and so expressive from the musical point of view.”
Il Gazzettino, Venice, Italy
